For the past several days (since April 22nd), I've been doing the "30 Day Squat Challenge". Today's a rest day..yesterday I did 140! I feel like I'm cheating myself by saying, "Hey, you worked out today...do the squats and relax!". Yeah, that's what got me in this predicament in the first place.

Sooooo, I'm going to add on to the squats and switch things up a bit. I'll add on some crunches, push ups, jumping jacks and sit ups in sets so I don't get complacent and think that ALL I have to do are squats and the weight will come off. Ummm, yeah, not gonna work.

It's supposed to be a gorgeous day in Massachusetts...75 degrees and sunny...and then the rain comes in for five days so I will take advantage of the weather and hopefully go for a long walk later after work.
