I had an appointment yesterday in another building. I ended up climbing 35 flights of stairs over the course of the day. (Tracked by my fitbit- thanks ). I now take the stairs everywhere. I try not to take elevators anymore. What I see now is that it is getting easier every day. I am getting stronger. I went to my zumba class last night and felt pretty strong.
So my NSV, exercise and fitness make you stronger. Muscles are nature's girdle. I weigh more than most people think. I look thinner than I did when I was 33 and 12 pounds lighter.
