My Motivation for Today

I had an appointment yesterday in another building. I ended up climbing 35 flights of stairs over the course of the day. (Tracked by my fitbit- thanks ). I now take the stairs everywhere. I try not to take elevators anymore. What I see now is that it is getting easier every day. I am getting stronger. I went to my zumba class last night and felt pretty strong.

So my NSV, exercise and fitness make you stronger. Muscles are nature's girdle. I weigh more than most people think. I look thinner than I did when I was 33 and 12 pounds lighter.

Exercise... priceless.

    What a nsv! Amazing! It's true, getting older I'm looking better than I ever did because I'm eating healthy and exercising regularly.

    Way to go stair climber girl! Hee-hee! That is awesome! Keep it up!
. I am going climb the stadium steps with my daughter at our local high school this evening when my son is at baseball practice. Well I didn't do it in like 3 years so I will start out slow and eventully will be able to run them.

    Great for you walking all of those stairs. Your exercise is paying off. I also weigh more now that I am exercising. It is worth it.

    Good motivation! I try to walk the stairs at work, too. Odd how I can walk/run for 30 minutes without getting winded but three fights of stairs just wears me out!
