Part of getting back on track is to start blogging again, right!
Lets start with setting the weight loss goal┤s for May.
3rd May actual weight 74.9 kg
10th of May 74.6 kg -
17th of May 74.3 kg -
24th of May 74.0 kg -
31st of May 73.7 kg -
That would give me 1.2 kg lost in May
I will reach this goal with working out 4-6 time┤s pr week and watching what I eat. I plan to be active in my 5% spring challenge and in the Ready set spark team. I know posting there daily helps a lot can┤t disappoint my spark friends
I cant make it in time for my Zumba class after work but I will go to the gym anyway and run on the treadmill, my gym bag is already in my car so don┤t have any excuse! See if I can do the 5 km in 32 min again.
Husband is taking the last exam this semester in school later to day. It will nice to have school semester over with and more family time with him "only" working!
Adding picture of dd13 singing in play in her singing/acting school last week. She did good both in her acting and also with her singing. I am always┤s nervous about her singing since on time (few years ago) she completely froze on the stage and could not get one word out. She recovered quickly (after crying all night about it) and kept on in this school but me and husband are still have not recover from this experience !!
