Day 37 - approaching the 6 week sweet spot

I read or heard or dreamed that a habit is formed in 6 weeks. Six weeks times seven days is 42 days. I'm almost there. I've logged in every day but one... and that one I attempted to, but didn't have signal on my smart phone and it just didn't upload, so I guess I could count it sort of.
The social support, especially from my Putting Foods Up team-mates, has been fantastic. I have lost only a little weight (4 pounds), but I have more energy and I am eating healthy foods.
I have a hometown reunion in 3 weeks and I'd love to lose 2-3 more pounds between now and then. I am hypothyroid, so my metabolism works against rapid weight loss... but I know from past experience with Spark that if I just hang in there, watch my calories and move more it WILL come off.
