Inspirational story from CNN

Tuesday, May 07, 2013

There are a lot of good ones featured on SP, too, but here's one I came across today that I can really relate to: my sister and I also ate the same things growing up, yet I was always the one who gained, while she did not. Same activity level, too, so it was pretty frustrating to be "the chubby one." Kudos to this lady for finding what worked for her!

Hope she keeps it off - and it sounds as though she has good motivation.

I have a younger sister who, growing ujp, was always thin too. I didn't feel the pressure so much because my mom was heavy. Unfortunately, we all ended up too heavy--the entire family. There are many frustrations in trying to "become normal."
