I did fine Saturday, it was Sunday I decided to make Chicken and Dumplings... which probably wouldn't have been too bad for me other than the fat was still left in the chicken broth, and the dumplings themselves. Didn't do bad til Sunday evening when it was ready so Sunday wasn't so bad. And had leftovers Monday, didn't follow the diet too well Monday.
Back on Track today, though I made just regular coffee instead of my protein coffee. I'll have to remember to have that later, or protein and milk.
I also haven't been able to go walking. My back was killing me for like 4 days last week, and when it finally started feeling better I over did it and now my muscles in my legs are killing me. Not sure if I will try to start walking again today or tomorrow. Also it's supposed to rain everyday for like a week. Maybe this would be a better time to start the exercise ball and walking in place inside.
I'll try a weigh in this Saturday to see how much the eating and no exercise has affected my diet. Hopefully I'll still be able to lose a pound or two. It's hard to tell with this scale too. Not sure if it's accurate enough, or it's messed up, or possibly has something to do with the floor.
