My secret for controlling my chocolate and sugar cravings has to do with two small things: a kiss and a bite. Every afternoon, I eat one Hershey's kiss. If I am out with friends and want some dessert, I take just one bite, close my eyes and enjoy it to the full.
Studies have shown that most people don't really taste their treat after the third bite. I've learned to be satisfied with regular small doses od chocolate. For me, a kiss a day keeps the binges away.
