We change our mind ,our attitude, our tastes and our dislikes. Sometimes the world changes us beyond our control. We are constantly changing and evolving.

Right now I am trying to change the way I think about exercise ., weight loss and nutrition. I realize that sleeping well and being less stressed makes way for more energy and more weight loss.

Did you know that having to little to do, not getting out enough and visiting friends can zap and diminish your energy. Also we all need more fresh air and sunshine it is a natural energy booster.

Ten years from now we will not be the same person and that is a good thing. Who ever we become we will still need to eat healthy, move our bodies as much as we can, and get enough sleep and water.

As we evolve into who we will become let's not forget it is friends and family and good times that will see us through. Oh Yeah and Spark People.
