Just for to day,
I am going to get myself out the door for a walk
I am going to do my exercises twice
I am going to visit all my teams and take part in them
I am going to treat myself the way I want to be treated by others
I am going to experience satisfaction in a day well spent.
Tomorrow will take care of itself, but, today I will push myself to be the best day I have ever had.
