More guts then a zombie can eat over here! But not in the ballsy way... racking up the inches by slacking on the workout. Never a good sign. Never fear! Because now its time to turn this ship around and head true north instead of plunging south enough to touch Antarctica.

My motivation is at an all time high tonight while I have the graveyard shift at this great military career that i signed for thinking it would keep me in shape. It has done the polar opposite. After a month trip to a couple countries, not working out, and trying all the different foods and indulgent in calorie filled drinks all night long squeezing into my uniform today was a bug challenge and a blow to the ever needed confidence. These green pants and khaki shirt are going to be my motivation to improve my health.

Since I've never been an Orah girl its about time I try. Most of the motivated people are the most in shape individuals here. Maybe I've just been hanging with the wrong crowd and need some fresh faces whom are interested in healthier alternatives to the Same Stuff Different Day (SSDD) negative nancys i've been kickin' it with.

So this is where it starts...lets hope I write a good ending with many chapters inbetween.
