Is it just me, or is losing weight the hardest thing ever? It seems like when you don't want to lose weight it just falls right off. But after you have a baby, or when you get older and start having responsibilities, it seem as though being healthy takes a backseat to all the other things going on in our lives everyday. I think my biggest problem is not really know how to juggle everything I have to do everyday properly so that I can fit exercising into my schedule. However, I have decided that I am going to start the Paleo diet because I figure that would be a great place to start. Anyone else have and suggestions for me, because being fat is certainly my enemy.
