So, today was a good day. I ran 3.2 miles (using map my run on my iphone is actually pretty cool) and I ate very healthy! I know cereal technically is not the best breakfast, but it was a good healthy day anyway. I feel good about myself that I completed day one, and know that I have to schedule in when I am going to work out tomorrow. School is stressful, but it is going well, and I was nominated for a really nice leadership award. Good day, very tired.
