I'm starting fresh with spark and want to set up a structured, disciplined healthy lifestyle. I've been so off the bandwagon lately its not even funny so in an effort to get back into thinking about my health, I decided to join spark and start blogging.
My goal with being at spark is to get out there, live life and be healthy at the same time. For me this means having healthy meals and workouts to look forward to while accomplishing all my other goals. It also means really caring about what goes into my body and how I treat it.
On a side note, my smart phone decided to give out on me just as I had set it up with a ton of fitness apps that I wanted to use to help with workout motivation. I had found free yoga and workout apps that I was looking forward to trying..which will have to wait until I get a replacement. Until then, I am going to get back into gym mode.
Goal for early tomorrow morning..healthy home made egg mcmuffin breakfast early morning with cinnamon herbal tea and a 30 minute workout.
