School is finally out and I am so excited to be able to have more time to focus on eating and exercising. I still have to worry about work but it's much less stressful than school. Today I started off my week good by eating in my calorie range and doing P90X and jogging/walking 3 miles. Those are my daily nutrition and fitness goals. I also want to start blogging daily because before whenever I would do it I was always really inconsistent. Consistency is my biggest problem on my journey to a healthy lifestyle. During school I would do really good for a while but when things got busy I didn't make time for exercise like I should have. So I will work on making healthy habits of eating good and exercising daily regardless of how busy I feel because I know that doing that will help me be more productive all day and is worth the time it takes, even if I can only squeeze in something small. I have to remember that it's not all or nothing and that small steps of progress add up!
I love summer!!! I'm so excited to be fit and healthy and reach my goals! Keep sparking!!
