Day 6...my back hurts. :(

Well I woke up with a back ache and it only got worse after I did my 75 squats this afternoon. At least I got them done. I'm wondering how I'll do 80 tomorrow. :)



Well maybe a walk will help in the morning. Because of my back I didn't get to do the exercise DVD. Tomorrow will be better, there's going to be off days, just means I need to listen to my body a little bit. Better to rest then make things worse. I have been going quite hard for the past couple of weeks.

Logged everything I ate today and did fine with my calories.

    Try the hot water bottle.. Don't squat so low, but pull you core in when doing the moves. If you can look in the mirror. Great job on your accomplishments.
