I was exhausted today. Despite all my plans, I came home from work & binged on unhealthy foods then fell asleep in the recliner.

There seems to be a pattern where I get so close to my goal then this happens. I'll call this my free day and get back on track tomorrow.

    Oh girlfriend...I hear you. But NEVER give up and one day you will find the key to why that keeps happening and how to stop yourself. (and when you do, you'll be sure to share it with your friends....right?) emoticon

    I do the same thing and in my case I call it self-sabotage. In my case, I am afraid to reach my goal because I have been aiming for it for so long. If I reach goal, then what? I hope you fight that if that is what you do also. It is hard to change old habits and even success can be frightening. Be brave. I would love to hear that you make your goal! emoticon
