First the YAY!
Its been a while since I've been on SparkPeople (maybe 8 months), but in that time I've managed to lose 15 pounds! I know it's not much, but its better than nothing considering I wasn't really watching what I ate.
Now the BOO!
I was diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic on my birthday (January 11).
I'm trying to not eat out, reduce carbs dramatically and follow a Ketogenic diet. I probably won't really start the Keto diet for another week or two (gotta get those carbs out of my house), but I am decreasing my carbs. I'm hoping to see 349 soon because I've promised myself a pedicure with all the money I'm saving not eating out. Ultimately, I'd love to be under 300 by Christmas :) I think its doable.
