First of all, I want to thank everyone for your support. It meant so much to me today to see all the supportive comments!
Today has gone much better. I've had over an hour of fitness today, and my calories are in range. I'm feeling pretty good about myself, and I've managed to shake off the comment. :)
I'm pretty happy with my fitness minutes so far - I'm a little over 200 minutes so far. Which is back on track to hit my 1,000 minutes and start a new streak.
