I have been lurking the the SP shadows, trying to find that spark in me again. Not exercising. Not eating well. Boooooo
I love reading other peoples blogs. You people are smart! You people are positive! You people are motivating!
This morning I was thinking to myself how motivated I was going to make myself today, then looked down and realized I was already on my second cookie. Doh!
I am headed to the zoo tomorrow, so that means I have to pack a lunch = so easy because I have to plan my food and I only pack good stuff and it is lots of walking! Now I just need to make sure I don't stop for pizza on the way home or something... lol

    You may have had a second cookie, but you don't "have to" have a third. The very next time we snack or eat a meal is our next opportunity to make healthy eating decisions. Don't forget to plan healthy snacks throughout the day. It will stop you from mindlessly grabbing the cookies if you know, not just what you'll eat, but when you'll eat it. Also, try drinking water before you snack. Sometimes the brain can mistake thirst for hunger. Try drinking water first, wait a few minutes, then see if you're still hungry for a snack. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
