Today was a very busy and interesting day that ended well. I got a call at 4:30 for a job that I applied to a month ago which pays very well. I have an interview tomorrow at 10 am :)
I started my 15 day trial at Koko Fit Club today and I really like it. It is interesting as it is computerized it keeps track of your strength training and how many calories you have burned as well as how much weight you lifted in total. I stepped onto this machine that calculated how much of my weight is muscle. I really love this gym so far! My computer will generate my exercises for my each day and they will be different each day. The nutrition component is clean eating. Today I just did a strength assessment to figure out where I am and how much weight for my different workouts and I did the elliptical for 20 minutes. If I get this job then I can continue to go here and continue being a "koko" nut LOL. On Saturday the 4th I did my 15 minutes at Koko Fit Club to earn my 500 Koko points toward their 5 million point goal nationwide for the Relay for Life. If the 5 million points is met Koko Fit Club will donate $20,000 to the Relay For Life!
I have gone 5 days without a neurological attack and I hope that it continues that way. The attacks have been really wearing me down.
I have been very happy in the last 5 days and keeping myself busy with the Relay for Life stuff and helping a friend get his scrap metal business started which with the way he is doing things is a total disaster I started to get a little annoyed with it today.
