A & I Team Blog--May Goals

Lord, I hate writing about my goals--they are ALWAYS the same! But maybe this month I can break it down into more specificity.

FITNESS:

This is the program I'm starting tomorrow. I finished AthleanXX last month and I'm ready for something new. This one is both cardio & ST. And 5 days a week not 6.

DIET:

South Beach, of course.

I have, much to my dismay, gained 2 lbs. I need to change my ticker now that I think about it.


So, my goal for this month is to LOSE those 2 lbs!

And, of course, to just KEEP Moving!
