April was a great month! I didn't quite get to the 2500 minutes I set out to reach but I think some of that was from trying to figure out this new tracker. I did manage to be consistent with strength training the entire month.
I think I had less coffee too.:-) Of course, I have been getting more outdoor activity that I don't track but is in addition to my workouts.
So far so good for May. Took the day off Sunday, then had a hard time getting motivated today. I hopped on Spark people to get that extra motivation. :-) (did get a 30 min walk in) Planning on a run in the morning.
We are just thrilled with our garden so far! It's very satisfying to grow your own food. No need to worry about pesticides and GMOs.:-)
