This was a trying day, right from the get-go. I definitely can't claim to have done all that much in the healthy category, but here goes:
1) 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast.
2) 1 cup balsamic strawberries as a snack
3) Steamed cauliflower and salmon for lunch. (Lost appetite, didn't finish either.)
Over ate at dinner again. No surprise there.
Tomorrow will not be a healthy day, but I'll do the best I can. Perhaps Wednesday can be a day of change?
