So, I've been tracking my mileage....not correctly.....these past two weeks. I forgot to include my 3-minute warm-up jog into my time, so all my times have been 30 minutes, not 27. So, 2.7 miles/30 minutes. But considering my goal is to do 3 miles in 30 minutes, I'm not angry. In fact, I'm pretty jazzed because today's run was......2.92 MILES IN 30 MINUTES! There's something about running fast to your favorite songs that makes you feel like you could just fly right off the ground.
