I am full. I don't want any more food.
I do plan to eat a grapefruit a little later because I've been waiting for it to chill in the fridge.
...but I am still 12 grams short on my requirement for protein...and the grapefruit isn't going to help.
I have no more yogurt and there is nothing else I really would want to eat. I'm actually a little low on calories again too but I'm NOT HUNGRY!
Maybe I'll eat something else later. I don't know what it will be. I know it's just as important to avoid under-eating as it is to avoid overeating. I'll find something.
