doing better

I am doing better as far as sweets go. However, I am still snacking late at night with the frozen fruits I eat . I need to save them for my protein drinks.

    You are doing good and if you do need to snack frozen fruit is better than a lot of things. Just watch your portion. Also some say it makes you hungrier.

    Try eating foods at dinner that are higher in fat - that might "keep" you until bedtime.
