yearly exam.

Monday, May 06, 2013

its been a year since my ladt exam....i lost what i gained over the year since my last visit. im trying not to let todays bp disturb me but it is...144/100 very high for even me.
there are several contributing facters to this im sure, my bd was friday and drank all together too many bloody marrys so i had a sodium hike, today was also the first time someone else had to get my daughter onto the bus, and thirdly i streesed out over having a new doctor-the first time in a few days i shall know the results on my other tests....hoping my cholestorol is lower as i have much better diet practices and exercise for the past 8wks. ive lost 28lbs already.
all i can do is my best, ve issed today exercise the first time in two weeks....
i just keep trying as i want to atleast ride a rollercoaster with one child...too late for my older ones...still hope with the 5yr old.

I really like how aware you are of the causes of your blood pressure. I feel it is really important to acknowledge what the underlying causes are and make changes. I really just wanted to add that my husband just took his mom on a roller coaster this last spring so it doesn't have to be too late. I don't think any of us ever want to grow up when it comes to roller coasters. WooHoo!
