Looking for physical activity to balance a "Monday"....

It was as if there had been a full moon out last night.
I couldn't get over the attitudes walking through the door with some of my students! Each class today had someone who was so out of sorts that it rippled from them in a form of negative energy that pushed buttons with everyone that came into contact with them!
I am still shaking my head at the day....(thankfully it's done!)
I went to the gym that I had joined hoping to join in on a cardio class to work out all of the days dealings with cranky teenagers. Hmmmm.... I have to wait until 6:30 but then I'll go back and join a Zumba class where I know I'll sweat it out and feel better about how my day ended!
For now it's a cool glass of water on the back deck, feet up enjoying the sunshine with my husband..... thank goodness for back decks, sunshine and a partner who enjoys "chilling out"....

    What a wonderful way to end the day, glad you have a chance to relax.
I love my front porch swing. Sure hope tomorrow is a better day. emoticon

    Sounds like you needed a touch of "mindfulness" in addition to the exercise - and you found it!! Take a deep breath and tomorrow will be better.
