Off the grid and back again...

Boooooooooooooooooo, me. It's the same thing every semester and I haven't figured out how to overcome it yet...

I completely drop the ball with junk and no exercise, out of my routine...

I've GOT to stay on track. I asked for some new workout stuff for Mother's Day -- I do seem to be highly susceptible to new workouts, whether that's a cop out or not, I don't know, but it works.

So yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay me!

    The end of the semester does the same for me. You can hardly do anything but just survive. I've managed to not gain but have not had enough exercise and not lost. Just a few more weeks though and full time back at it.

    Yes! You CAN do this. Getting back on track is hard. Once you are there, it is easier to stay on track. Do it for you!
