Did my first strength training today

Well my "plan" says I am do to strength training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so today was the day to start
I found the "beginner's workout" in exercises and gave it a try. Was it easy for me? Oh my gosh, absolutely not! Do I feel good about myself for starting? Yep sure do. Sure was a wake up call though as to just how out of shape I've let myself get. This is also a good thing though. Sure makes me know I've got to buckle down and get moving on this! I'm really excited about it though. Just is going to take some serious work.
