So far my backtrack to basics seems to be going well. Every bite goes in the log, every minute of workout goes in the log. I checked to be sure my measures and weights were accurate, even the ones I don't usually use a measuring spoon for. I even ate pasta last night ( one of my worst scale foods) and still showed a loss this morning! That excites me! It makes me want to work even harder when I see that result. Not to mention it was nice not to feel guilty for the pasta dinner. I have even been working a little dessert into most days. Frozen yogurt. Yum!
I been trying a little something different with my walking too. I do 5 mins of 2.5 mph, 10 mins on 2.8, 5 on 3 and then 5-10 more on 2.8 again. All on an incline of 2. I know that it's not that fast and won't burn alot but it works for me :)
So with my new clothes and renewed attitude I am hoping spring and summer will have great results! In fact, I know they will!
