Diet: right on track. I swapped my dinner, because I did not like mushrooms which were a main course on the one on my meal plan. I also have a lot of food prepped for this week as well. I am off to a good start.
Exercise: Oh my Dear Nicole......I am sure you are glad to see me again! I did 50 minutes of strength training before work!
My day started a little before 6. I exercised and showered, made my breakfast and turned the horses out. I was still tired by the time I clocked in at 8 am. I am still covering for the morning guy so I am working until 6 pm as well. The day was nice and smooth and I got out right on time. I really don't want the overtime, but I also am a team player and do my fair share when needed.
We have an opening for our receiving person(he is retiring in a few weeks) and my coworker(who works 4-noon)got the job. I do think he was the most qualified and it also means I have a really good chance of getting his shift. It would be great for me and my personal life. :) Time for my horses to get some exercise in! That is, if I get the shift.....only time will tell. The job will be posted next Monday. If I am the senior bidder I will automatically get it since I already do it now and then my job will be posted. I would really be happy if this all falls into place.
Almost forgot......Somehow I went down one pound this week.....granted, I did not weigh myself until I got home today because I forgot to do it at wok. :)
