19.5 spinning this am before SWEAT:)

SWEAT today was a great one!
pushups with sandbell pull #40
wall balls #14
battle ropes
TRX high Y to low Y
the reaper....yeah I know it's as crazy as it sounds shoulder to shoulder
KB swings #20...shoulders
slideboard pushups to knee pull
rows #65, #46

The only thing that would have made me shiver was if there were pull ups. I think my arms may have fallen off:)

564.40 miles for the year!
Legs tomorrow:)
