bad night

I only got about 3 hours of sleep last night because leg pains. I hate it when legs cramp so bad, the pain can be almost unbearable. Hopefully tonight will be better.

    Massage your legs and feet before bed. Then eat a banana and/or a glass of milk. The combination of potassium and calcium can really help.

According to my Fitbit One, I got 36 minutes of sleep with 3 wakeups. Hardly worth crawling in bed for, eh?

    I only slept 4 hours, for different reasons, so I understand how tired you must feel right now. I get spasms due to my MS and you are right - the pain can be almost unbearable. Do you have a doctor you can see for help? I hope so and I hope you feel better today. Take care. Chelsea emoticon

    I've been told that it's a lack of calcium that causes leg cramps - I used to get them but as I've upped my calcium intake it's gotten a lot better! Feel better soon :)

    Do you take any meds for leg cramps? I have heard certain foods may help with cramps but
I am not sure which ones.

    the nurse practicioner told me to have a glass of tonic before bed and it really helps. I drink diet tonic and put it in a wine glass and pretend it is asti spumanti.
