Thank you to all who helped me put things into proper perspective.
I took advice: I looked at how far I've come.... I've lost 20 lbs!
I broke up the goals into 4 chunks... I am really close to meeting the first one, that will be 25% of my excess weight GONE!
I'm looking and finding motivation in all sorts of places... quotes, pics, music, success stories, sparkfriends... I am on my way!
