I went way over my range for calories yesterday. It was cinco de mayo. and I had some specialty items at work- mexician wedding cookies and caramel flan. should have stopped there but then went out for dinner. I did good- just a salad (although it did have a small amount of cheese and meat in it) and 2 small pieces bread and butter. I brought home some salad and my whole entree and had that for my meals today.
This doesn't happy very often. I don't stress about it because now that I am tracking I know I can even out my calories so they are close by the end of the week.
The thing that totally amazes me is the fact that I used to eat like that every day. Add to that never having any fitness activity made for a very unhappy and unhealthy me.
Now I am
because I can balance myself out. I know some people count for a week and while I don't do that... I can average it out for the week and not feel bad.
