So I didn't leave, but I did stop exercising for over a week. My knee was hurting me way too much and even though my hubby insisted I rest for a few days, I made it longer. I did keep up with my eating.
Today I started the 30 Day Shred again and it felt great, My stamina was very good and it surprised me how I was able to keep up.
I'm really looking forward to Day 2.
