Did you see Tracy Anderson on Dr. Oz? She has workouts based on body type. This isn't the first time I heard of this. Last summer I came across a man who told you what exercises to do and not do for you body. I learned not to do leg bulking exercises. Weight workouts were the lowest weight with high reps. According to Tracy I'm an omnicentric body type-formerly known as hourglass, I gain weight evenly all over. Boy she hit the nail on the head when she said its too difficult to workout all at once and to break it into 2 10 minute segments instead. The other body types are what use to be apple,pear and bootylicious:-) so I don't remember her names for them but she has specific exercises and foods for each. Pretty interesting, don't know if I could do her exercises but it seemed similar to the classical stretch I do (5 times a week)as it works all muscles, a full body workout. Tracy is a tiny thing and maybe could be annoying in large doses but I would give her ideas a go!
