Oh I have been a bad girl this week and weekend and eaten way too much.
Icecream and cake were just too too tempting and I had both and enjoyed it. So now I am going get back on track Tuesday 7th May.
Helping out Chizzy and Dean meant getting meals that were easy and DH made a lot of them. I had too much pasta and carbs and that is always a disaster for me. Cake was really nice but I had too much.
So I am now going to have undo what I did during this week. Get back on track and stay there. Exercise , eat healthy and be aware of the portions.
I am annoyed with myself but I am human and I know what I did so I can undo it.
Thank goodness the 5% Challenge starts on the 11th May. I really need it and will have to make a extra effort to reach my goal.
So back to the drawing board and get back to doing what I know I should be doing.
