Bad Week and Weekend

Oh I have been a bad girl this week and weekend and eaten way too much.
Icecream and cake were just too too tempting and I had both and enjoyed it. So now I am going get back on track Tuesday 7th May.
Helping out Chizzy and Dean meant getting meals that were easy and DH made a lot of them. I had too much pasta and carbs and that is always a disaster for me. Cake was really nice but I had too much.
So I am now going to have undo what I did during this week. Get back on track and stay there. Exercise , eat healthy and be aware of the portions.
I am annoyed with myself but I am human and I know what I did so I can undo it.
Thank goodness the 5% Challenge starts on the 11th May. I really need it and will have to make a extra effort to reach my goal.
So back to the drawing board and get back to doing what I know I should be doing. emoticon Learn from my mistakes and get back on track go from being emoticon to an emoticon so I can stop being emoticon and be emoticon .

I am not beating myself up just being truthful I need to do what I need to for me.

    I know I've really fallen off the wagon since the end of the last 5% challenge. Time to pick myself up and get moving again...

    Glad you're not beating yourself up! We're ALL human and make less healthy choices at times. The important thing is to recognize what you did - and maybe what the trigger was - and then get back on program. Which is JUST what you did! emoticon

    As you once told me, we are human and we make mistakes. 😉 I too have been bad this weekend but I keep telling myself that it is ok to be bad a little once in a while. I was good the week before and I will be goof this week. It should off set the bad right? LOL.

I am glad you mentioned the new chalange coming up. I might join as well. I definitely could use a push to get back exercising every day and eating healthier.

    At least you enjoyed your indulgences! Better than eating crappy Pizza like I did last night b/c it was "easy"

    Don't beat yourself up over a little indulgence. We all falter and that's okay. If you didn't treat yourself once in awhile you would get frustrated and forget all about healthy eating. Enjoy yourself and just try and take smaller pieces of cake and ice cream. I should also state that if you exercise more you can eat more. In saying that walk around the block once or twice and enjoy that chocolate

    We will all eat pasta AND cake..... put it in the past, move on. Sounds like that 5% Challenge is coming at just the right time and will get you back on track! Just don't quit!!! emoticon
