to attest to progress on the faith/fitness/food front.....if I have difficulty doing anything, it's getting in the fitness qoutient....but last 3 days have done my 5k walk/jog twice and walk away the pounds once...I am supposed to do the 5k training 3 days a week interspersed with lighter exercise on the off days. I was high on my calories this weekend but not tremendously so.....will be more disciplined about that in the days ahead. I have not missed any of my set aside time with God since this started and that is not a problem, as I actually look forward to that.
