Grrrrrrreat day today.

Although I did have to miss Tai Ch to take a client to an appt. emoticon

I LOVE working out hard in a fasting state.
Just got back from the gym-
30 min of intervals on the treadmill,
30 min of hard ST (including kettlebells)
and 10 min of stretching.
Burned 900 calories (according to my hrm).
All on water and green tea.
Now if THAT doesn't burn some fat, I don't know what will!

Then, dh and I went to look at a short-sale tiny condo in a nearby town that we are probably going to help our dd buy.
It is a fixer upper, mostly cosmetic, but an incredible deal, and would not cost her any more than renting a house or apt around here.
It's time for that little birdie to leave the nest.
Exciting news for our family.

Then I went for a walk w/my dear man.
