THE MONSTER...a.k.a the dreaded week 2

yup, here it comes.... the monster, dreaded week 2....
it is common knowledge that the 2nd week, people trying to lose weight, notoriously either lose very little or even gain weight... boy, am i nervous!
it is like it is "GLUED" to my butt, and thighs and tummy!
i really want to believe that i can still lose weight during the second week, and i want to be hopeful....
i want to be at peace and make friends with my "monster"
now i am just waiting here (while i am waiting i am working out like all get out, and trying to stay in my food ranges), for thursday... my fingers are crossed and i am hopeful!
