Ok, I know I already ran the 5K, but I feel that I need to 'complete' the program.
Today it was raining outside, so I ran on the indoor track at the rec center.
If I counted correctly, and if I have the right number of laps in a mile (11 BTW), then I did
3.5 miles (by counting)
41:44 minutes (time of podcast)
which means I averaged 5 mph, even including the walking segments.
I think one thing that is different from my usual workout (this includes both the gym and the 5K I just did) is that they were absolutely flat. Normally my outdoor workout does have a couple hills in it.
