Fell off the wagon

Monday, May 06, 2013

My toddler and I have been sick, so I have had no energy to do my 10,000 steps for the last couple of days and I missed a couple of workouts too. For some reason (probably just plain old lack of motivation) I didn't track my food as accurately as usual either, so I probably overate a little. Luckily, it was only a couple of days, so I doubt there has been much damage.

I'm feeling bad about my broken 2 month streak, but I am ready to start over today. I have been reading motivational articles and giving myself pep talks to get myself excited again. I'm still a little tired, but I'm worried about just quitting if I don't start it up again right away.

Get back on the horse and keep riding! You are stunned but not broken! Keep up the good work!

We all have set backs, I had the flu and a relapse and was down for 2 weeks, I am slowly getting back. We can do it...

You can do this! Get back on the horse as soon as you're feeling well enough. Trust me, there is room for a few days off without ruining all of your progress.
