My toddler and I have been sick, so I have had no energy to do my 10,000 steps for the last couple of days and I missed a couple of workouts too. For some reason (probably just plain old lack of motivation) I didn't track my food as accurately as usual either, so I probably overate a little. Luckily, it was only a couple of days, so I doubt there has been much damage.
I'm feeling bad about my broken 2 month streak, but I am ready to start over today. I have been reading motivational articles and giving myself pep talks to get myself excited again. I'm still a little tired, but I'm worried about just quitting if I don't start it up again right away.
