I am going to try something new…
I am going to blog.
Sometimes it may be interesting, and sometimes maybe not so much.
Almost always there will be a sarcastic tone. I apologize in advance – that’s just me.
But I really need a way to keep myself on track as I try this AGAIN. By “this” I mean sticking to the things I say I’ll do. And here they are in no particular order…
1) Blog every day.
2) Stay away from complex carbs
3) Focus on lean protein
4) MOVE! It doesn’t matter how or how much, just friggin’ MOVE for goodness sake!
5) Get organized. Working on this helps me stay focused on 1-4 and not get distracted by chaos.
I’m sure I’ll add more as time goes on, but these are the things that I think initially will help me reach my weight loss goals.
I am a very busy mom with a lot of excuses. Seriously, try me…give me advice on how to lose weight, and I’ll come back with an excuse so fast I’ll make your head spin!
Well, I’m tired of feeling like “me” on the inside but not knowing who I see when I look in the mirror.
I think by stating my goals here, and feeling accountable to a few of you, I can hopefully gain some focus. I’m ready to meet the old me again soon!!
