Weights, and measurements day.

Monday, May 06, 2013

Weigh in and Measurements today for the last 5 weeks of boot-camp.
Lost 3.4 lbs and 2 3/8" - doesn't sound like much but I can see it!

Killer warm-up today followed by The 8 minute drill 1 set = 5, sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

Today I did 17 sets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On my Toes with good form.

On my knees my record was 16.5 sets.....blew that out of the water, ON MY TOES!

Not counting all the ones we did during the warm -up and at the end for burn-out
85 - situps
170 - Push-ups
255 Squats

Finished with 5 wall climbs, and did the 5/100 drill ( 20 jacks, 20 burpees, 20 squats, 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups) with my whole family this morning with a time of 2: 43

My legs feel horrible, waitressing tonight is going to be awesome. :)

Yesterday was my work party.

I ate 2 wedges of Lobster quesadilla, my chef was so proud of them I didn't have the heart to not eat them.
We had a Mexican buffet and i skipped the beans, chips and tortillas for a Mexican fajita salad instead. I did have a little little bit of the egg-less custard our pastry chef made. Since that was pretty much all I ate yesterday of other than some artichokes my sweetheart made. I don't think it was enough calories, but I tried. Not the Best food choices, but I stayed in or below (whoops) my calorie range wile at a party. Yea ME!
