Jumpstart to Skinny 6, 7, and 8

The weekend is over, here is my update:

Saturday I went "off" of the skinny rules - I had a cheat meal, permissible under the skinny rules, but not under the Jumpstart to Skinny program. I had 2 pieces of pizza. Throughout the weekend due to time issues, I also replaced some meals with protein shakes.

Sunday I went grocery shopping and prepped breakfasts and lunches for three days. For breakfast, we will be having greek yogurt with flaxmeal, pinneapple and mango. For lunches, we will be having the buffalo chicken salad. Both are very good.

I didn't work out this weekend, but spent a lot of time deep-cleaning my house. Although I haven't been following the exercise program, I feel like I have a lot more energy and motivation, and feel pretty good about keeping active, and working on projects in my home.

Even with "cheating" this weekend, and not following the workout program, I lost 7 lbs last week. I am hoping as the weight continues to come off, that my feet will heal, and I will be able to engage in more activity. I feel good about my progress, and am looking forward to week 2 of Jumpstart to Skinny!

Tonight I will be cooking dinners for the next few days - herbed Turkey patties over greens.
