I consider my self to be NOT unintelligent and have a little street smarts, but this week has been a real eye opener for me.
I haven't been very busy at work so I've been doing a little more web reading than normal. What I've discovered is I have been changing or adjusting my plan 1 or more times a day based on what I just read.
I didn't think I was one of those people. It is time to get back to basics, again. Calories in versus calories out! However, I will continue to add lemon to my water and Lipton Tea & Honey drinks, I'm really enjoy that, but because it tastes good, not because I think it will magically cleanse my system.
There are some bits of information I will be holding on to. A lot of this is mental. I need to rewrite my goals, add dates and be more affirming. I need to realize this is possible and I am a stronger than anyone realizes, even my self. In a future blog I will be restating my goals. But I must declare I have stayed below 170 for over a week and that checks off one :).
One goal is to accept responsibility (and credit) and stop looking for the magic bullet. Calorie quantity and quality, strength, flexibility and endurance. With these goals i will be a winner, no matter what.
