Well I hit my hightest weight about a week ago. Not sure if it was a "blip' day or what, but it really hit me. I went to the gym and I've done something healthy each day since.

Let's hope it sticks!

    Congratulations for making a change!

You've made the decision to change and you're on your way! Make a plan and stay positive. Every step brings us closer to our goals.

I remember the day I climbed onto the scale to see a number I had not seen before. It was not a good feeling and I promised myself I would not let that number go any higher.
