Switching it Up!

I bought a new DVD. It' another Joyce Vedral DVD it has several different work outs on it.
Today I did Fast Forward cycles 1 & 2.
This DVD is suppose to be good for those of us that need to get it going now!
It is weight liftig and the heaviest weight I used was 12 lbs. It is also cardio as there are only the short 15 sec. rest between each giant set.
I am still dealing with thighs touching and it's maddening!!!
If anyone knows of great exercise to help shape the muscle tone in that area I am all ears!!

There is one exercise on the DVD that targets it inner thigh pretty well.
Its called the frog leg lift and that's what you look like. Lay on your back with knees bent and feet touching then raise legs all the way up and down. Keep feet touching and flex inner thigh muscle on the way up.
I really like that one!

    It is always great to start a new exercise or DVD, it keeps things interesting. Thighs - now they are always a problem area; I don't have an answer and would be interest to hear some suggestions. To me it would be walking and walking and walking. The weight would have to come off those area sometime.
