I bought a new DVD. It' another Joyce Vedral DVD it has several different work outs on it.
Today I did Fast Forward cycles 1 & 2.
This DVD is suppose to be good for those of us that need to get it going now!
It is weight liftig and the heaviest weight I used was 12 lbs. It is also cardio as there are only the short 15 sec. rest between each giant set.
I am still dealing with thighs touching and it's maddening!!!
If anyone knows of great exercise to help shape the muscle tone in that area I am all ears!!
